How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. If you continue to have issues, contact our support team.
How do I add a new employer to my fund?
Navigate to the Employers section in your dashboard, click "Add Employer", and complete the onboarding form. Our team will verify the details and activate the employer account.
How are contributions processed?
Contributions are processed through our secure payment gateway. Employers can submit contributions via EFT or direct debit. All transactions are tracked in real-time on your dashboard.
What reports are available?
PensionFlow provides comprehensive reporting including contribution summaries, member statements, compliance reports, and custom analytics. All reports can be exported in PDF or Excel format.
How do I submit a claim?
Members can submit claims through the self-service portal. Fund administrators can process claims via the Claims Management section, with full workflow approval support.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use 256-bit encryption, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and are fully POPIA compliant. All data is stored in secure Azure data centers with comprehensive audit logging.
